Print Quality
Great care is taken to invest in equipment and materials that adhere to professional standards. Prints are produced on heavyweight professional quality Ilford Galerie satin fine art paper. The resolution of each print is 9600 x 2400dpi, representing the latest in detailed inkjet printing technology. The Canon Cromolife 100 dye-based inks have an estimated longevity of 100 years if cared for properly.
I produce all of the prints myself to ensure quality control is maintained to my expectations throughout. I check each finished print personally for quality and colour. However please note I cannot guarantee that the print you receive will look exactly the same as an image viewed on your monitor, as subtle differences in colour and brightness are possible. Each print is signed on the reverse.

Payment
Online
Online payments are handled by either PayPal (www.paypal.com) or Stripe (www.stripe.com) on their secure servers so you can pay by credit/debit card.
PayPal: You don't need a PayPal account to pay and none of your credit/debit card details are passed to this website - all that I am told is the name, address, email and whether the payment was successfully made.

Offline
Payment by other methods such as cheque or Bank Transfer.
When ordering prints, please use the 'pay offline' form in your shopping basket and provide details of your name, email address and any special requirements. Once submitted the order details will be generated and emailed to me automatically. I will then email you and let you know where to forward the payment. Once the funds have cleared I will despatch your order.
Delivery
Prints ordered on this web site are delivered to the United Kingdom ONLY at present.
Note: Non UK customers: For orders outside the United Kingdom, please contact Gary for a quote on the cost of delivery.
On receipt of payment, prints are sent by Royal Mail First Class/Signed For delivery.
Orders are dispatched within 5 - 7 working days once payment has been processed.
Local collections can be arranged but please contact Gary before ordering.
Packaging
A4, A3 and A3+ Prints (only) are protected in white tissue, rolled and posted in reinforced cardboard tubes.
If for whatever reason you are not happy with your order then please contact Gary.
Returns
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have a cooling off period of 7 days after receiving the delivery during which you can cancel the order and have a full refund. If you decide to exercise your right to cancel, please contact Gary within 7 days of receiving the order. You will be responsible for shipping the goods back to Gary at your expense, so please ensure you choose an insured delivery method.
Faulty Goods
If the order received is faulty or damaged please contact Gary as soon as possible.
